Windows 11 Video: First Official Beta

What are the new features in Windows 11, and what does it look like? We have already spent several days working with the first official version of Windows 11 (10.0.22000.51). Now we have the video tour.

When someone leaked first version of Windows 11 in mid-June, it seemed like nothing more than a graphical retooling of Windows 10. That’s true, up to a point. The most important new features of Windows 11 are the centered taskbar and the revised Start menu with minimalist icons, a holdover from the Windows 10X now canceled.

This video will show you some of the new visual and sound (yes, sounds!) Elements of Windows 11, including the Snap interface, the Settings menu, and the new selection of backgrounds you can use to personalize your PC. . These new features will help give Windows 11 an updated look and feel for the next generation of PCs.

We’ll also show you what the new Store app and some of the other Windows apps look like. And if you think you’ve seen this before, well… sure enough, the leaked version of Windows 11 offered a preview of what’s new, but we’ll also show you how much that has changed.

There is more to come. Microsoft has not yet preview some of its additional features of Windows 11, such as Teams Chat in the taskbar, Auto HDR, etc. We hope to see them in the next releases.

Stay tuned for what will ultimately be our final review of Windows 11, as Microsoft’s new operating system gets closer to launch. In the meantime, continue to consult our Windows 11 Superguide for more news, tips, and in-depth coverage of Windows 11!
