HOUSTON (Reuters) – Quase metade da população do Texas estava sofrendo com falta de água nesta sexta-feira, como consequência de uma tempestade de inverno arrasadora que provocou cinco dias de blecautes antes de a rede elétrica do Estado norte-americano voltar a funcionar.
