WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -Fruit growers are encouraged to attend the Purdue Extension Fruit management webinar series sponsored by the Indiana Horticultural Conference and Exhibition. The series runs from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 9 and March 16 and 23.
Purdue University faculty members will share the latest developments in fruit crop production, disease and pest control. Private pesticide applicators can attend recertification sessions (PARP) on March 16.
The series program is as follows:
- March 9: Apple harvest load after harvest loss and apple disease management.
- March 16: Update on insect and weed management.
- March 23: alternative strawberry production systems and strawberry disease management.
