Pokemon Go is celebrating its fifth anniversary, and developer Niantic has announced Pokemon Go Fest 2021 which will begin on July 17th. The two-day event will be open to all players from all over the world, including India, and they will be able to purchase tickets to participate in the event. Indian players or “coaches,” as the game calls them, will be able to join coaches from all over the world for challenges. The developer has also partnered with Google Play for Pokemon Go Fest 2021, bringing great deals to Indian players.
Pokémon Go released worldwide on July 6, 2016, and this year marks the fifth anniversary of augmented reality (AR) mobile gaming. The game is celebrating this occasion with an event that began on July 6 and will run until July 15. Developer Niantic is hosting a two-day Pokemon Go Festival 2021 July 17th and 18th which will allow Indian trainers to participate and win rewards. Players will need to purchase tickets worth Rs. 399 to enter the event.
Those with tickets will be able to collaborate with others in the Global Challenge Arena where Indian players can team up with coaches from around the world to complete hourly challenges. Completing a challenge will give trainers a bonus that lasts for the rest of the hour. Completing all 24 challenges will unlock space, time, and a mystery bonus in the weeks following Pokemon Go Fest 2021.
In addition, Niantic has also partnered with google play give players three months free membership to Youtube Exclusive premium content from humorous content creators The Try Guys, and a Google Sponsored Gift Set that includes Incense, Super Incubator, and 30 Ultra Balls. There are also more surprises. YouTube Premium subscription costs Rs. 139 per month or Rs. 399 for three months. It includes YouTube and YouTube Music without ads, as well as offline playback and background playback.
