Fux adianta para esta quarta-feira (16) a análise do STF sobre a instalação sobre a CPI da Covid no Senado

O ministro Luiz Fux, presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal, decidiu neste sábado (10) que vai antecipar para a próxima quarta-feira (14) o julgamento sobre a CPI da Covid.

A data definida anteriormente era para a próxima sexta-feira (16) com prazo até 26 de abril para cada ministro se manifestar.

Segundo Fux, o caso será o primeiro item da pauta da sessão de quarta. Isto porque, para ele o a relevância do caso tem urgência. Barroso, que deu a decisão da CPI, já havia conversado previamente com todos os ministros.

Na mesma quarta-feira (14), o Supremo julgará as acusações do caso Lula, de relatoria do ministro Edson Fachin.
