As a chef of Biera restaurant at Ritchie Market, Christine Sandford brings a refined European sensibility to the kitchen. With over a decade of experience as a chef, she has worked in many prestigious restaurants including Culina Mill Creek in Edmonton as well as La Buvette, Café Des Spores and De Superette in Belgium.
